  13. Eli H. says

1:18 What armed and ready police officer would have elected to not fire in those circumstances? Clark was acting though he was aiming a gun AND moving towards the police officers.

  15. Terence Campbell says

where's the helicopter time stamp? Why is a portion of the helicopter video blocked out? WHY? Because this is EDITED and a cover up is being demonstrated! I was watching the LIVE broadcast that has now been removed from the internet

  16. Big Red says

Appeared he was up to no good but he didn’t need to die. His probable actions got himself killed.

  17. Anni Pfan says

If something like this would happen in Germany I think we as citizens of our country would all go on the streets and demonstrate for days. I can't believe what I have just seen in this video.

  18. madeline curran says

  19. VERIFIED TV says

I was on his side at first till I found out he was actually breaking into houses and cars and running from the feds, and plus the cops could have mistaken 🤷‍♂️

  21. Red Rover Red Rover says

At least it was a happy ending

  22. Johnny Kane says

The media tries to portray him as a saint but he had a sheet as long as his grave is deep

  23. John Sizemore says

Moral of the story, do not run from the police and make sure they see your hands and that you're not armed , it's unfortunate that he was shot and killed but running through the darkness and having anything in your hand is a bad idea because if even a cell phone was held in the right position it could easily be mistaken for a gun

  24. David C says

"we need to make sure you don't have a gun!" after laying like 12 shots on him. something here seems illogical.

  25. Mick B says

puh, that was a close call

  26. AdamAfA says

This is the perfect case to develop new case law. Sacramento juries are profoundly liberal, and this is a case where you can see and hear the officers did not give the subject any time whatsoever to comply with their orders. This is the ideal case to obtain a conviction and change the way police are trained. I have seen the Sacramento Judges and Juries and my hopes are high for this case. At some point in future history there should be justice… we can't just live in a world of endless killing.

  27. brnape707 says

why didn't he stop and show his hands????

  28. perroblanco49 says

don't be a criminal and you won't get shot

  29. I Love That Katie Loves Classic Books says

shouldnt have been running through yards breaking windows

  30. LastCommodore says

Police in the U.S. are the classic case of 'shoot first, ask questions later'. They tend to assume the worst in whomever they encounter, so they overreact much of the time.

  31. Nick Foell says

Why are there never any protests against criminals like Stephon Clark?

  32. Andy says

Any time you run from police in complete darkness you run the risk of somthing bad happening to i feel bad he lost his life for breaking windows but you play stupid games you get stupid prizes. I do think once the suspect hits the ground shouldn’t be allowed to keep shooting cops should have stricter rules when it comes to how much and when to shoot since there train if I had concealed carry permit and I shot some one one time after he was on ground I would be facing murder charges so if I cant shoot after they are down train cops shouldn’t either

  33. Beltfedshooters says

Looks like he was trippin on some bad meth.

  34. Fei Long says

these are crazy trigger-happy cops. cops already had the advantage with night visions and knew his position. they didn't need to shoot first , ask later. dude got executed in public. ain't right.

  35. Diory Novis says

    Cowards

  36. der Deutsche Ritter says

    There is no investigation needed
    He didn't stop
He walked to the officer taking something out of his pocket
He got shot for disobeying an order….. simple

  37. Running Debate says

Shot in his backyard after running from a house he broke into and ran to his backyard, gosh the media likes to edit the sh1t out of stuff. Dudes on probation just out of jail, breaking into cars and houses. Comply and things won't happen the way they do…

  38. clearly written says

    I don't believe it…they are killers

  39. Tony Ruiz says

    Why is he running!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!

  40. Jussi Lindkvist says

Here's a quick question for you all. Why does the police dispatch a HELICOPTER to chase down someone vandalizing cars?

  41. avoice77 says

The blood thirsty pigs should have told him we are the police, stop moving and put your hands in the air or we will shoot. "Show me your hands" is vague language and they were too aggressive given they had a decent defensive position behind a wall and there was a good distance between them and the victim. They would not have shot him if he was white.

  42. Rich Boyce says

"Common sense" used to be a requirement to become a police officer.

  43. Fufu says

Wow asking him if he is ok after shoot him dead

  44. OralSurgeonRider says

    Someone was breaking windows .
    Police respond.
Suspect is in a backyard jumping fences (WHY?)
    IT IS DARK
Suspect is being told TO STOP.
    Suspect continues to run.
    IT IS DARK
Police sees suspect with something in hand
    IT IS DARK
    Officer fire.
MORAL of the story, Don't run from the police when told to STOP.
    SIMPLE

  45. Britney Sykes says

You shoot him 20 times and say we need to know if you're ok? Why is there a police chopper out there for someone allegedly breaking windows ?

  46. Randy Claywell says

20 shots at an "armed" person isn't shooting to stop it is an assasination.
